Legality is in the format?

Speak Asia had put in the legal section numerous files that were nothing but government circulars and formats. Are these circulars and formats anyway proving the legality of the company? Certainly these are aimed for people who are not much educated to distinguish between what is legal and what is not and aim to take advantage of these people.

Adding on we would also like to question why now the legal section has been taken down from the website together with the certification they showed earlier?
