I proved my father right and it made him very sad

We all know this is a technology age,
Every small company out here has email address(es) to keep up with their customers,
But speak asia is sole large company having 20 Lakh+ customers
And still not providing any email address to help its customers to contact it with ease.

Is it to escape legal route as email address acts as a proof / evidence of contact?
